Yeti, The Himalayan Kitchen, started its journey at Hauz Khas Village. It created a niche for itself across lovers of specialty cuisine. Yeti is now being managed by the same team that manages the popular Caribbean Lounge of the capital, Raasta. This cool duo with the experience of operating a successful pub chain has now decided to venture into promoting a food-centric chain in collaboration with Yeti.

"Expect to see all of what you love but with the more underground feel. Interiors are inspired by the Namche Bazaar of Nepal offering a calm place to sit and relax in the busy lane of HKV" quoted the management duoJoy Singh and Rahul Kundan on bringing the iconic food joint back to the village. Exposed brick walls, mandalas, Tibetan prayer wheels, and flags remain the high point of the decor, with warm wooden furniture complementing the space. The private dining area is off to one nook to create a warm cozy ambience, while the rest of the space offers a sense of being in a contemporary Himalayan Cafe.

With an attempt to bring authentic Himalayan cuisine back to Delhi's most happening party hub, and to stay true to the brand's roots, the management has decided to stick to the classics from Yeti's original menu. So, take a trip to the brand new Yeti, for all your favourite delights, like the Choila, Gyuma, Nepali thali, thukpa, among other delightful, Tibetan, Nepali, and Bhutanese snacks. Yeti has recently been featured in the Conde Nast Traveler Top restaurant Awards and been featured at the 25th rank among the definitive list of the country's 50 premium restaurants.
